*USD. Most projects fall in the $6–9K range for a small business website (6–10 pages) and $10K+ for larger or more complex sites. Every project is unique, so I provide a custom quote after we go over your requirements in detail.

The timeline will depend on the scope of the project and how quickly you can deliver copy, assets, questionnaire responses, and feedback to me.
Most clients spend 6–12 weeks in the strategy and content preparation phase. Once the copy and assets have been finalized, the design & build phase takes an additional 3–6 weeks.

During the strategy & preparation phase (prior to designing and building) you’ll be asked to fill out or deliver the following:
• Brand visual questionnaire
• Pinterest mood board
• Logo and brand style guide, if you have one
• All content (copy and images)
• Legal policy waiverPreparing and gathering content is often the most challenging part for my clients – but not to worry! I’ll provide step-by-step guidance along with comprehensive content planning worksheets so that this process can be as easy for you as possible.

Assuming you are moderately tech savvy, yes. It’s important to me that you feel empowered to maintain your website yourself, and Squarespace makes that as easy as possible. Your custom website package will include access to my Squarespace training library, and I’ll also be available after the launch for ongoing support.

With every project and change of scope, I’ll provide a quote for your approval before moving forward.
That said, here are the most common website-related expenses that are not included in my services:
• Squarespace subscription
• Domain fees (registration, SSL certificate, etc.)
• Third-party services (email marketing, scheduling, etc.)
• Website policy generator or legal templates
• Professional photography (not required, but highly recommended) -
If you don’t have a logo, for an additional fee I can design a simple wordmark (font-based) logo as an integral part of your overall website design.
If you’re looking for a more complex logo with illustrative elements or a comprehensive visual branding for your business, I recommend working with a professional logo or brand designer prior to booking my services.

Once you approve the quote, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to book your spot on my calendar. Another 30% is due upon the completion of the strategy phase, and the remaining balance is invoiced on the day of launch.
